Meet Mary

Broker

Mary's career in real estate developed through her interest and passion for residential construction. For over 25 years she worked in the residential construction industry as a project manager for a local Custom Home builder and served as a general contractor in the State of Washington building and remodeling homes. During her tenure, she developed skills and knowledge that takes a lifetime to achieve. She understands what a suitable building site on vacant land to luxury custom homes which has given her the advantages needed to be successful in her client's real estate endeavors.

Mary chose to enter the real estate business to offer these services and skills so that she could continue to share the enjoyment and fulfillment she once did as a custom home builder. Her insider experience and unique qualifications allows her to provide a special level of service to her clients. Her homebuilding background grants her the ability to see beyond the first impression or "pretty stuff," to get down to the real essence of a home and how it functions. She loves to partner with buyers and sellers alike and she's known for her strong work ethic, high energy, and for negotiating impressive deals.

Outside of work, Mary loves to spend time with her family and her five grandchildren whenever possible. She also enjoys getting out of the house for long walks, boating around the San Juan Islands, hiking, and biking.
