COMING SOON! Terrafin is excited to offer initial licensing education. Washington state has a multiple step approval process for education institutions. While we cannot predict the state's timeline we expect to open our doors in May. Register your interest today!

Meet Your Instructor

Prana Briggs is a lifelong Pacific Northwest resident who is passionate about the opportunities real estate offers to clients and practitioners. Prana obtained her real estate license in 2016 and in 2022 she upgraded to a managing broker. In addition to her experience in the real estate market, Prana also holds a bachelor’s in education and a master’s in psychology specializing in evidence-based coaching. Prana is eager to provide the tools and support you will need to be a successful Realtor.
