About Bobbi Lee Betschart

Licensed since 2015, I specialize in new construction while also helping clients successfully navigate the resale market. I got into real estate because I enjoy working with people and helping them through important life decisions. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the buying and selling process, with particular expertise in guiding buyers through the new construction journey from contract to closing.

My strengths are communication, negotiation, attention to detail, and problem-solving. I’m proactive, responsive, and believe in keeping my clients informed and confident throughout the process. I truly enjoy building relationships with my clients and being someone they can rely on every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active, traveling, exploring new places, and enjoying the outdoors.
