The Classic Enclave

Denise is a Washington native having grown up in the small town of Randle where her family owned a dairy farm. In addition to her studies, in school she was extremely active in everything from cheerleading and student clubs to athletics. Her career began with a local union, the UFCW, where she held practically every role over her career from health and welfare coordinator to local president. While with the union, Denise began selling real estate which came very naturally because of her experience negotiating contracts and representing others…and of course her love for homes and decorating. Her clients know her as a great listener who will go above and beyond to give them exactly what they are looking for with excellent construction knowledge and a knack for negotiation, contracts, and the nitty-gritty details.

Denise loves spending time in the outdoors, whether it’s to hike or run, but her true passion lies in cycling. When she’s not at work you can often find her out riding the Orting or Burke-Gilman trails. She also loves spending time with her family and sitting down for a spirted game night.

Having grown up in a construction family, real estate has always been near and dear to Deidre’s heart. This eventually led to the start of her career in property management, where she thrived and quickly looked to branch out into other opportunities to expand her horizons. Her strong listening skills and construction knowledge led her to real estate sales, which has proven to be an excellent fit. Since then, she has sold multiple homes from resales to new homes and developments. Her clients comment that she is a strong ally willing to do whatever it takes to make a deal happen and she always makes sure each of their needs are addressed. Deidre has continued to grow her business over the years, and she is always building on her, already extensive, knowledge of the industry.
