Dennis Folk is the designated broker at Terrafin and a high-producing Broker with a passion for real estate and the South Sound community. Since getting started in the industry, he has been involved in hundreds of transactions throughout Pierce, King, Thurston, and surrounding counties. His experience, knowledge of the market, and ability to recognize opportunities have helped him build a successful business and lasting relationships throughout the community.

As a leader, Dennis believes in creating an environment where agents feel supported and have the tools and guidance they need to succeed. He understands the many moving pieces of this business and is someone agents can turn to for advice, problem-solving, and a little perspective when things get complicated. His approachable personality, industry knowledge, and commitment to doing things the right way make him someone people enjoy working with.

Outside of real estate, Dennis enjoys spending time with his amazing wife and their two teenagers. He’s proud of the company and the community he’s helped build, and he brings that same dedication to the people he works with every day.
