Tim Evans brings 27 years of experience in the Puget Sound real estate market and a deep understanding of the local communities, neighborhoods, and market trends. Born in Seattle and raised in the Puget Sound region, Tim has spent his entire life in the area and appreciates everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Outside of real estate, he enjoys attending community events and sporting events, playing racquetball, salmon fishing, and catching as many concerts as he can. Most of all, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife, Lori, and their family.
