About Theresa Bautista

I got into real estate for the joy of helping others navigate one of life's biggest decisions with ease and confidence. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, spent several years in Las Vegas building over 15 years of experience in customer service and sales, and ultimately found my way back home-- where I'm excited to guide others through their real estate journeys.

I work with both buyers and sellers and truly believe every client has a unique story and process. I genuinely enjoy being part of that journey. Known for being detail - oriented and a strong listener, I take the time to understand your needs and priorities so nothing is overlooked.

Outside of real estate, I'm a mom of 3 and truly blessed to enjoy quality time with my husband and kids -- family is everything to me, and I'm always here and available when my clients need me.
