About Tanya Frady

Tanya loves homes, especially the older ones, and their unique style. She is an expert at recognizing diamonds in the rough that can become beautiful homes and a great fit for her clients. By combining this knowledge with excellent customer service and communication, Tanya has been able to build her business largely on a referral basis. A staggering 90% of her clients become returning customers and most become long-lasting friends. She values her relationships with her clients, and never recommends a home unless it’s the right fit and a solid investment.  

When Tanya is not at work, she’s likely with her family on their farm with their goats, alpacas, turkeys, sheep, dogs, and other animal friends. In addition, Tanya’s family loves to head to the mountains to enjoy the outdoors and get in some snowmobiling.
