Meet Nicole
BrokerAfter Nicole retired from the United States Army in 2017, she obtained her
real estate license and discovered her knack for assisting clients in relocating
to Washington State. Nicole continues her dedication to serving her
community as a Homes For Heroes® affiliate, helping people save money while
navigating the home buying or selling process. Be that a primary residence,
destination get-away, or cashflow investment.
Before Nicole relocated to JBLM in 2012, she transitioned from thirteen states
and three countries with her family. She understands the uniqueness of the
Pacific Northwest with its unmatched weather, culture, and diversity, as well
as the challenges of Washington State fluctuating housing market.
While striving for a smooth transaction, Nicole is committed to listening to her
clients to understand their needs, inform them of the process, and empower
them to make confident decisions to achieve their real estate goals.
From exploring to volunteering, Nicole stays well-connected and actively
involved with the Puget Sound communities. She shares these experiences on
her YouTube channel @TheWashingtonRealtor. Nicole is a certified Pierce
County Extension Master Gardner, a certified Military Relocation
