About Nicole G Perez

After retiring from the United States Army in 2017, Nicole continued her commitment to service
by helping people navigate the home buying and selling process. She is passionate about
homeownership and empowering others to make informed, cost-conscious decisions—whether
they are exploring a primary residence or a cash-flow investment.

Before relocating to Joint Base Lewis–McChord in 2012, Nicole and her family lived in thirteen
states and three countries. These experiences gave her a deep understanding of relocation
challenges and fostered a strong appreciation for the Pacific Northwest’s unique climate, culture,
and diversity, as well as the realities of Washington State’s ever-changing housing market.

Nicole believes a home is more than a structure—it’s a lifestyle. As a certified WSU Extension
Pierce County Master Gardener, she combines her passion for homeownership with hands-on
expertise to create welcoming, resilient, and visually appealing outdoor spaces. She works with
local agencies to provide public education on Firewise and Waterwise landscaping, helping
homeowners reduce wildfire risk, conserve water, and design practical, beautiful landscapes for
the Pacific Northwest.
