Meet Marilyn
A lifelong Northwesterner, Marilyn grew up in Portland and Eastern Washington before moving out to the Puget Sound area. She attended Eastern Washington University where she earned bachelor’s degrees in both accounting and business. She obtained her real estate license in ’96 and has been working hard in the industry ever since.
Marilyn is a new construction expert, but she also has quite a bit of experience with resale homes. She enjoys the new construction side of the business where she can deliver a sparkling new home to her excited customers. Because of the nature of new construction, longer closing times are common, and she has a special knack for finding ways to keep customers engaged and updated throughout the process. Her customers and clients say she is extremely helpful, always keeps them “in the know”, and is very approachable.
When Marilyn is not at work, she loves tending to her flower gardens on her 5-acre property. She is also an avid horseback rider.
