About Linda Sakhan

I pursued real estate because I believe in the power of hard work and the freedom this career offers. To me, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing effort turn into real results—and I bring that same mindset to every client relationship.

Born and raised in Washington, I graduated from Emerald Ridge High School and briefly attended PLU before discovering my passion through years in customer service and sales. That experience taught me how to listen, adapt, and advocate—skills I now use to support buyers and sellers every step of the way.

I approach real estate as a partnership. My clients can count on me to be their biggest supporter, a thoughtful communicator, and someone who won’t give up until we’ve explored every option. My tenacity and attention to detail help me navigate challenges and ensure nothing is overlooked.

Outside of work, I’m on a wellness journey, enjoy learning new languages (I speak Khmer and studied Japanese), and love exploring cultures through food and travel. On weekends, you might find me cooking hotpot with family, binge-watching anime classics, or on the hunt for the best matcha dessert in town.
