Meet Gina
BrokerGina was born in Seattle and raised in Puyallup. With a desire to help people and to be a
caregiver, Gina went to college to be a sonographer, and has had a successful 27-year career in
the field following graduation. Along the way, she developed an interest in home staging and
design and began her own business doing this as well. Home staging became the gateway into
the real estate world and about 8 years ago she decided to get her real estate license so she
could continue to help people in new and different ways.
Gina’s goal is to always have the top-selling house in the neighborhood. Of course, a perk of
working with her is that the homes she lists are staged impeccably and sell quickly. With her
real estate knowledge, she works hard to educate her clients throughout the home selling
process so they can be active participants in the transaction. She always says, “I treat my clients
the same way I would as if they were my own family...with honesty, kindness, and respect. I
feel like I owe that to them. Their best interests are my best interests.”
With two very active teenage boys in soccer and basketball, Gina’s time outside of work is
largely spent either on the field or in the gym.
