Born in Anchorage, Dave moved to Sumner at a young age and has continued to live in the south Puget Sound area. Following school, he spent a few years crab fishing in Alaska before starting a coffee roasting business, which went on to have great success with distribution both in the U.S. and internationally. After a few years, Dave sold the business and became an interventionist before joining his wife, Amy, in the real estate industry. At that point he had gained extensive knowledge from assisting her with multiple transactions over her almost 20-year career and working in real estate sales felt like a natural progression.
Dave loves to help people, make new friends, and find the best home (and investment) for them. His clients often comment about how easy he is to work with and how attentive he is to their wants and needs. Always an entrepreneur, Dave is very self-motivated and passionate about everything he takes on, and it shows in each interaction and sale.
When he’s not working, Dave loves spending time outdoors with Amy and their three kids hiking, hunting for minerals, fishing, and riding motorcycles. If they aren’t enjoying the forests and lakes around Puyallup, chances are they’re spending time with family at Mardon near the Potholes Reservoir taking advantage of a different natural setting.
