Over the past 25 years, she has promoted into high-level leadership positions, developing strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the confidence to navigate complex situations. While she once hesitated to take the leap into self-employment, she eventually realized that the very skills she cultivated over decades—discipline, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building—are exactly what make a strong and successful real estate professional.
