About Brittany Spruell

Born and raised in Washington, Brittany has always valued the importance of home, family, and community. After selling her second home, she became more involved in the real estate process and quickly discovered a genuine passion for every aspect of the industry. With her children now older, she felt the time was right to turn that passion into a career.

For the past 15 years, Brittany dedicated herself to raising her family. When she returned to the workforce, she worked as a paraeducator at her children’s school, staying connected to the community she loves. Her years in jewelry sales also strengthened her love of working with people, building relationships, and helping others find something meaningful.

As a real estate professional, Brittany brings a thoughtful, personal approach to every client relationship. She is a strong listener who genuinely cares about understanding what matters most to the people she works with. Whether helping someone find their next home or move confidently into their next chapter, she considers it a privilege to be part of such an important moment in their lives.

Outside of real estate, Brittany enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their three children. Their family loves off-road adventures, dirt bikes, side-by-sides, and camping trips. They’re also big baseball fans and enjoy watching their children discover and pursue their own passions. After calling Washington home her entire life, Brittany is proud to help others find a place to call home in the community she loves.
