About Andrey Tokar

Andrey brings a unique blend of business experience, problem-solving skills, and a genuine interest in helping people navigate the real estate process. With a background in Fire Science from Bellevue College and experience founding and running a building and materials supply company, he has developed a strong understanding of business operations, negotiation, and finding opportunities where others may not see them.

Andrey enjoys helping buyers and sellers understand each step of the transaction, making what can feel like an overwhelming process easier to navigate. He believes every client and property is different, and he takes pride in finding the right approach to achieve the best possible outcome. For Andrey, real estate is about more than a commission; it's about building meaningful relationships and putting his clients' interests first.

Outside of real estate, Andrey enjoys studying theology, history, and business, as well as cooking, biking, and hiking with his family. He's also a firm believer that espresso is the only proper way to enjoy coffee and that a wardrobe should consist exclusively of black and dark gray.
