About Alison Cooper

Alison has been a dedicated real estate professional in the South Puget Sound since 2003. Known for a client-first approach, she specializes in residential properties and is committed to helping her clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling homes. Alison has a deep understanding of the local market and has a wide variety of real estate experience. She started as a Marketing manager at a new home builder in 2001 and since getting her real estate license 20+ years ago has worked with numerous local builders on transactions as well as marketing strategies. In addition to real estate sales, she has experience buying/managing rental properties and even designed/built her family's home as the lead general contractor. Her experience with both new home construction and resales, gives her the knowledge to tailor strategies to meet individual client needs to ensure a smooth transaction while bringing her clients dreams to a reality.

When she is not working, she enjoys family time with her husband and 2 children. Together they enjoy time on the lake, attending sporting events and traveling to new places.
